My passion for designs started when i was a teenager and i made my own clothes.
Not really, when i was child i wanted to be a postman, chef, violinist, dancer, painter...
what inspires you most?
My experiences, friends, family and my born city, so my first inspiration is pop culture.
Is the city you're living in a source of inspiration to you? Would you like to live in another city? tell us why
Yeah, my city is my first inspiration because it says who i am and where I come from. Yes, i love to live in other cities
for example lived in Mexico or Madrid... I love to change and learn about other cities, that´s an other inspiration source
for my work.
Is your Mac important for your work? What do you mostly use it for?
My Mac is my window to publish my work around the world and have the possibility to know people in my same situation to learn and share information.
Mainly i use it for social network and have contact with my stores and my bigcartel.com.
Talking about your job, has it been hard for you to start a career in fashion? Do you think your country offers good chances to young creatives?
When i was starting i was living in Madrid, so, i received a lot of help there from fashion magazines and Madrid fashion week, so it wasn´t hard but the really hard step is not only do a show and become a fashion brand and businesses. I´m not really using the helps of my country because are expensive to obtain them. That´s a big problem, because they are like a bank, but when you are working in fashion, we are talking about luxury and pleasure so no public state would have to help too much in fashion.
Your last "barbie and ken" collection was a real success, is there a particular message you wanted to give by "transforming" people in plastic puppets? How came such a nice idea?
Not in plastic puppets... but everybody wants to be perfect... so i had the general idea of perfection body in Ken & Barbie, so why not, we can be like them wearing a tee, it´s a little joke...
What's the strangest/farthest place you brought your macbook with you?
I´ve got an Imac so... i can´t move it really well... but the last time i went to repair i was lost the box, so i did a special package with a bedspread to protect it and finally it survived.
The macintosh market is growing bigger and the risk of bumping into viruses and spams is growing too. Have you ever happened to get your Mac infected? Do you protect it with an antivirus?
My Imac is 4 years old and it was broken some months ago, but it had a problem with the hard drive, so it never was infected and i don´t use antivirus.
What's the thing you love most in a Mac? and the thing you hate?
The thing i love its speed and what i hate its, "nothing"?
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Well in ten years i will be 36, so i want to have an economic stability working for an other brand like artistic director and have my own store in London or NY...
Give as a hint of wisdom
Be yourself and don´t lose the capacity to learn
